Re: Fishing Bald Eagle

Those screenshots are really impressive, it must have taken a whole lot of patience.
It’s interesting to see such a clear image of the fish being carried off by the eagle.

Re: Nintendogs/Nintendogs + Cats

I used to love Nintendogs so much. I think I first started playing the games when I was 7, and they were one of my favourite games at the time. I can relate to loving the game so much that I got more, haha... I believe I had all but one of the original games, and later got a "+ Cats" game after thei...

Re: What's Your Favourite Video Game?

My favourite single player game would have to be The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. There's just so much to do, and I'm always finding myself going back to it. As for multiplayer, I would have to say WolfQuest. The level of enjoyment can depend a lot on who you play with, but once you find the...

Re: First Person Camera Help

The headcam/scentview movement system was altered in a recent update. * Left/right movement in scentview/headcam is now sidestep/strafe movement rather than turning. Source: WolfQuest: AE Release Notes The sudden change may take a little time to get used to, but now you can walk sideways to avoid ro...

Re: Nostalgic WolfQuest moments

I joined a hunting server in 2.7 for the first time in a while recently. I reminded me of how I used to hunt with the same people every morning until my main wolf reached Pack Elder.

Re: Bison and Stats and Tweaks, Oh My!

This has got to be one of the best updates yet! I've been looking forward to the new stat system for so long, and I'm so excited to hear it's finally on its way. The bison are certainly a welcome addition too, though I don't think they'll be quite so welcoming to us! Regardless, I am excited to try ...

Re: Eagle Takeout

Lesson learned from this video: Never trust Dave to look after your pups. (Though we probably already knew this from when he tried crossing the river in the real Slough Creek.) All jokes aside, Slough Creek is looking amazing! I really like how the system is coming along so far. The only problem is,...

Re: Boulderiffic!

This is one of those little things that makes me so happy. I have always wanted to be able to get on top of the boulders, but I thought it would be more hassle to implement than it was worth, so I never expected it to actually happen. How exciting! Thanks so much for adding this little feature.

Re: Trying to get my friends/boyfriend into wolfquest

Rather than trying to explain everything to them, I would just let them create their own wolf and play the game with tutorials on. There is also a help guide in-game (which I believe can be accessed via the pause menu) with lots of answers to questions you may have regarding gameplay, so that may be...

Re: Having troubles with spoilers in signatures

I just tested the spoiler in my own signature and it works just fine, and now I have a theory on what the problem may be. You say your poem is big and elaborate, perhaps it exceeds the character limit of your signature?

Here are the pack name ideas I could come up with.

Chaos Ridge

Misfortune Peak
Calamity Creek

Re: v1.0.2c Public Beta

Is the beta only available via steam? So if you play with the one from ich.io you can't access the beta? 😔 Yes. The beta is available only on Steam, because it has a very easy-to-use method of switching between beta builds and the released build. (https://wolfquest.org/bb/viewtopic.php?f=97&t=88402...

Re: Slight lagging for WQ 3?

I would assume the lag is a result of the game loading new chunks of the world map, as it sounds like the issue only occurs when you are moving around. Because WolfQuest's game world can be so detailed and full of life, it likely takes a lot more computer power to load the terrain, foliage, shadows ...
