In "A Fresh Start" you mentioned switching to Utility AI. Since it would be weird to build the mule deer up with behavior tree AI simply to start over, will the mule deer have Utility AI when they are added to 2.7 later this year? Sounds like a tasty sampler!

The graphics for the mule deer are gorgeous and I once again love the scrapping animation. Will the mule deer be an episode exclusive? In that they will only appear in Tower Fall and not be added to the other episodes? If the answer is no, then I don't mind. But it would be a nice thing to test your skills before you have to be responsible for five wolves...it would be fun to chase mule deer in Multiplayer mode too.

Nope, they'll be available across all current episodes and maps. ;) From the first post-

Quick question: will there be deer hunting grounds, or will they just be scattered across the map like moose?

Yay! More variety and hopefully new achievements! The models and animations are lovely as well - whoever was involved did an excellent job. Excited to see these guys in-game!

This is not certain information, but I think if Mule Deer is a pack animal then yes.
Moose aren't a pack animals, so probably because it is made scattered across the map.

Okay I have a question I probably know that the answer is. Dave when do you think the mule deer update come out like what month?

The ETA for WolfQuest 3.0 (which I think will contain mule deer too) is late this year or early next year.
